Agréable appartement, très lumineux, situé au centre ville, en face de la gare et à 5 minutes à pied de l'entrée du vieux port, de l'aquarium. Pour aller à l'Ecole Excelia, il faut compter 8 minutes en vélo. Ou par le transport en commun, une station de bus est à 100 mètres de l'immeuble.
Entièrement équipé, vous vous y sentirez immédiatement comme chez vous . Il est aménagé pour accueillir confortablement 1 personne ou 1 couple.
