studio très lumineux ((orientation SO -Ouest) et spacieux, bien aéré et profitant de la présence d'un jardin indépendant donc LOIN DU COVID entièrement refait à neuf et tout équipé, avec une alarme personnelle les charges :30€ sont une avance , le trop perçu est remboursé en fin d'occupation Commerces et transports à proximité. 15mn à pied de l'école de commerce BSB. 5mn à pied de Sciences Po bus pour les facs à 10mètres centre ville:20mn à pied, bus pour centre ville et gare à 500m. même s'il y a un 2ème lit, pas de colocation, ce 2ème lit est là au cas où une mère, une soeur, un père, un frère viendrait OCCASIONNELLEMENT. couettes et oreillers sont fournis mais pas les draps ni les torchons prise de téléphone pour internet à prendre soi-même un vélo, une trottinette, peuvent être abrités au pied de l'escalier. Une voiture peut être stationnée dans la rue gratuitement et sans problème , pas de danger.
