Tout compris : eau, électricité, chauffage et internet par fibre Orange. Stockage vélo dans résidence sécurisée. Cuisine équipée, 2 salles de bain et WC séparé. Gare le Stade à 2min à pied, arrivée à Paris St Lazare en 25min. Garanties : garantie visale ou garantme appréciés. Proche société Safran, Bâtiment Europe Rénovation, Scaphandre films etc.
