Sur la commune de Bron en périphérie de Lyon, nous proposons à la location plusieurs chambres dans une maison de 150m² entourée d’un jardin arboré et fleuri de 500m² .

La maison se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et proche de toutes les commodités (plusieurs commerces d'alimentation, une piscine municipale avec bassin olympique, une salle de sport, etc…) et des transports en commun ( bus C17, C15 et 24 + tramway T2 et T5 à 15 minutes à pied).

La maison se compose de 4 chambres meublées, chacune louée séparément, dont :

Une chambre de 21m² avec un grand dressing ( vue côté jardin,)
Une chambre de 16 m² avec un balcon privatif de 4m²
Une chambre de 14 m²
Une chambre de 10 m² avec placards intégrés
