Le nombre d’occupants est limité à 3 (pas de couple). Pour le respect de chacun, cette colocation est non-fumeur et les animaux n’y sont pas acceptés. La copropriété est très calme et
l'appartement ne conviendra qu'à des colocataires veillant à ne pas générer de bruit susceptible de troubler la quiétude des lieux.
***LA LOCALISATION***
Il se situe à Brest, rue Marceau, à 2 mn de la cité scolaire de Kerichen et 5 mn de Kérinou, 15mn à pied de la faculté de médecine. Le centre ville est très facilement accessible à pied. Lignes de bus très proches.
Vous trouverez également boulangerie, supermarché, pharmacie, boucherie-traiteur, restauration rapide, banque, à quelques dizaines de mètres.
Possibilité de stationner gratuitement au pied de l'appartement.
