Situé au deuxième étage et traversant, il est composé d'une entrée qui dessert 3 chambres, puis ouvre sur et une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte, entièrement rénovée et équipée, donnant sur un balcon sans aucun vis à vis, et donnant sur un magnifique parc arboré. Un séchoir collectif fermant à clé, situé sur le palier complète la location.
L'appartement est situé tout proche toutes commodités : transports et commerces.
Au pied de l'immeuble, plusieurs lignes de bus, dont la ligne 1 qui relie l'aéroport de Mérignac à la gare SNCF en passant par le centre ville de Bordeaux.
La résidence se situe dans un quartier calme et familial de ce fait les
fêtes sont non autorisées.
Les compagnons à 2, 3 ou 4 pattes sont les bienvenus !
Une station de Vcub (vélos en libre service de la ville) à 5 mn à pied.
Une piste cyclable relie l'appartement au centre de Bordeaux à environ 10 mn. Un parking vélo sécurisée dans la résidence.
