La maison individuelle où se situe le logement est composée de deux appartements indépendants.
Celui du rez-de-chaussée côté jardin est occupé par la propriétaire 3 jours par semaine.
L’appartement proposé de type loft comporte 3 chambres sur 2 étages mais ne sera loué que pour 2 personnes qui ont le choix entre deux types de chambres :
- Soit la suite parentale située au 1er étage avec sa salle de bain et son dressing fermé.
- Soit les 2 chambres du 2ème étage qui disposent d’un dressing fermé ; les toilettes et la salle de bain étant communes.
La pièce de vie est composée d’un coin repas, d’un espace salon et d’une cuisine ouverte. Au même niveau, il y a les toilettes et une lingerie.
Literies neuves dans les trois chambres.
Double vitrage, velux et verrière traitées anti-UV, chauffage air/air réversible, interphone, internet fibre.
Le loyer est de 1700€. Il comprend 40€ de charges fixes et 160€ de provisions pour consommation électrique.
A proximité le tram A et bus ; centre commercial Mériadeck à 5 mn, supermarchés de quartier.
