Je propose une chambre à louer dans mon pavillon, situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, idéale pour une personne seule ou un étudiant.

Le pavillon est entièrement meublé et bien entretenu. Vous aurez accès à une salle de bains (partagé avec d'autres colocataires) ainsi qu'à une cuisine équipée où vous pourrez préparer vos repas. La chambre est aménagée avec un lit confortable, un bureau, une armoire et des étagères de rangement.

L'emplacement du pavillon est idéal, avec des commerces de proximité à quelques minutes à pied. Les transports en commun sont également facilement accessibles, avec une station de bus à proximité qui vous permettra de vous déplacer facilement.

Je suis une personne amicale et respectueuse, et je recherche un locataire tranquille et responsable. Les fumeurs et les animaux domestiques ne sont pas acceptés.
