Hi, I m renting out a modern studio with elevator in Beausoleil, 200m walk from Monaco, 4 minutes walk to the bus stop number 2&3. Walking distance to reach IUM.
“Taxe d’habitation” (around (500 euro) is included in the rent. Private charges included except electricity and building charges.
Sheets, towels, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer are provided as well as all dishes. Caution is 2000 euro.

Last tax notice in full (4 pages). Make sure the guarantor’s taxable income is well above the minimum required by the landlord.
