T4 transformé en T3 : 2 chambres (environ 10m²) équipée pour un étudiant avec bureau, grand placard, fenêtre donnant sur un balcon ou sur un parking, lit 160X200. Connection wi fi. Tout l'appartement est disponible , meublé et équipé et à la disposition de l'étudiant. CUisine moderne équipée : frigo, congélateur, four électrique, plaque induction, hotte aspirante , machine à laver., aspirateur, micro onde, cafetière, bouilloire...
Une cave est mise à disposition gratuitement.
Possibilité de garage soit fermé (petit véhicule inf à 3m75, 2 roues) ou parking aérien sécurisé, à la demande (caution et petit supplément à prévoir). Appartement libre jusqu'à fin mai , voire mi juin si besoin. (pour étudiant). Proximités : commerces, 50 m réseaux vélib, bus reliant les universités, 15 min à pied des remparts.
Les charges sont actuellement calculées pour 2 occupants et seront revues pour 3 le cas échéant.
