--> Très bien placé dans le centre d'Antibes, juste à côté de la gare des trains et du pôle d'échanges (bus), l'appartement est au calme. Tout est accessible à portée de pied : le port, le vieil Antibes, boulangerie, supermarché, Picard juste en face...

--> Deux chambres sont en location de septembre à juin dans cet appartement entièrement refait à neuf ayant une vocation professionnelle la journée car la 3e pièce privée est un cabinet de thérapeutes. Un placard avec penderie complète chaque chambre.

--> Cuisine parfaitement équipée.
Salle de bain et WC séparés, tous deux avec fenêtre.
Lave-linge, sèche linge.
Salon accessible en soirée et le dimanche (sauf exception). Le salon n'est pas accessible lorsqu'un thérapeute est en séance et la discrétion dans les parties communes est alors nécessaire. L'activité du thérapeute est indiquée par un petit panneau devant le cabinet.
Le ménage des parties communes se fait par roulement chaque semaine.
Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées. Les activités des locataires doivent être compatibles avec le bon fonctionnement du cabinet de thérapeute.

--> N'hésitez pas à me contacter pour plus de renseignements. Il est important pour moi que la communication soit fluide et que chacun se sente bien dans ce bel appartement.
